But we like to have a good time, too. In fact, we run our company with that principle in mind every day: one of our core values is fun. The Platform Solutions team is looking for an outstanding, seasoned professional for a senior technical program manager role to lead complex, high-visibility programs and initiatives within the Workday on Workday (WoW) organization. About the Role

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-functional programs with significant executive visibility and business impact.
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans with defined outcomes, milestones, and success metrics.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies; proactively resolve issues to keep programs on track.
- Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making structures that create clarity and accountability.
- Partner with other program managers and stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved, including compliance, data quality, and platform scalability.
- Use dashboards and metrics to supervise progress, provide visibility, and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and progress against commitments.

Other Qualifications:
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Skilled at executive communication, storytelling with data, and simplifying complex topics.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
