The role will focus on reviewing technical documents, drawings and specifications, coordinating with project teams and consultants, preparing technical submissions, resolving site engineering issues and ensuring that construction activities comply with approved designs and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in road works, earthworks, pipelines, drainage, storm-water systems, utilities, excavation and underground services . Key Responsibilities Review contract drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements. Review IFC drawings and identify discrepancies, conflicts and technical issues. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, Planning, QA/QC and construction teams. Prepare and review technical submissions, method statements and material submittals. Provide technical solutions to site-related engineering problems. Coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors regarding technical matters. Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Assist in preparing shop drawings and technical documentation. Review quantities and technical requirements for civil and infrastructure works. Support the preparation of RFIs, technical queries and responses to consultant/client comments. Monitor technical compliance of ongoing works. Assist in resolving design and construction interface issues. Coordinate engineering requirements for roadworks, earthworks, excavation, pipelines, drainage and underground utilities. Assist the project team in planning construction sequences and methodologies. Review as-built drawings and support project handover documentation. Participate in technical coordination and progress meetings. Maintain proper engineering records and documentation. Coordinate with surveyors and site teams to ensure accurate execution of works. Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, HSE requirements and UAE regulations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure construction. Preferably 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar position. Strong experience in infrastructure and civil contracting projects. Experience in road works, earthworks, excavation, pipelines, drainage, storm-water and underground utility works is highly preferred. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Experience preparing method statements, technical submittals, RFIs and engineering documentation. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority/client requirements. Strong coordination and communication skills. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE driving license is an advantage. Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
