# Senior Technical Architect - Azure / .Net **Theorem** · Chatham, NJ 07928 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary: Theorem is a Certified Great Place To Work, and is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to turn our D2C Video Commerce, Pre-Sales, and Upward MVPs into secure, scalable, enterprise-ready products on Microsoft Azure. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will own end-to-end solution architecture, technical strategy, and engineering delivery, ensuring that product decisions and execution are grounded in business priorities and intended outcomes. This is a new role and requires someone who understands why a product matters to the business, not just how to build it. Working closely with executive leadership, Consulting, Product, and MVP teams, they will define the path from MVP to production and lead architecture, design, development, and migration. They must preserve each solution’s business purpose and differentiation, make practical tradeoffs across speed, cost, quality, and scale, and act on risks before they threaten delivery. Understanding what delays or technical shortcomings mean for revenue opportunities, client commitments, and competitive advantage is essential. We require a hands-on leader who earns the team’s respect through expertise, clear direction, and sound judgment. They will mentor engineers, set high standards, bring clarity to complex decisions, and remove obstacles that hinder progress. They will hold themselves and teams accountable for delivery while staying involved in critical design and implementation decisions. The right candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, and demonstrable experience taking MVPs or early-stage solutions through enterprise deployment and scale. They should be as comfortable discussing business priorities and tradeoffs with the CEO as working through technical challenges with engineers, and able to show how their leadership improved business outcomes and strengthened teams. Success will be measured by enterprise-ready products delivered on time, measurable business value, and a high-performing engineering team equipped to support Theorem’s growth.
