We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Consultant to join our RPO team in BGC, Taguig City. This is a full-time, hybrid role within our Manila TDC. The role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines through direct and indirect sourcing, optimizing sourcing channels, and proactively developing talent pools. You’ll also play a key role in high-touch candidate relationship management while supporting remote, client-facing recruitment activities. As a Senior Talent Consultant, you will be a subject matter expert in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing methodologies, sourcing strategies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Qualifications: - At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience - Extensive experience in passive sourcing - Strong ability to develop creative sourcing strategies, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill roles - Tech-savvy and highly analytical - Must have ASEAN and ANZ recruitment experience If you have strong regional recruitment expertise and enjoy tackling challenging roles through strategic sourcing, we’d love to hear from you.
