As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment cycle for our clients, from the first search to the signed contract, and you'll be a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers alike. What you'll do Proactively source, screen and recruit top-tier IT and professional-services candidates for our clients Own the entire recruitment cycle: identifying talent, interviewing, presenting shortlists and negotiating offers Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates so every placement is a genuine match Use recruitment tools, databases and social platforms (LinkedIn and more) to find talent others miss Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and the industries we serve Collaborate with the team on shared goals and help drive the growth of IQ Staffing Keep a sharp eye on market and industry trends What you bring 3–4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency environment A proven track record placing candidates across a variety of roles, with a focus on IT and/or professional services Fluent English (required); good Dutch is a strong plus Experience with an ATS and recruitment tools such as Bullhorn is a plus A strong grasp of active and passive sourcing strategies Ownership: you deliver quality candidates on time and take initiative when things get tricky Genuine care for the candidate experience, from first call to first day What we offer A senior role with real ownership and direct impact on results A dynamic, informal team where your ideas are heard and put into practice Room to grow alongside a fast-developing agency A healthy balance between ambition and life outside work Competitive salary and benefits, in line with your experience Ready to make the match?
