The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job requisition to onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities. - Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment networks. - Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. - Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process. - Monitor recruitment metrics, time-to-hire, and hiring costs. - Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable UAE employment regulations. - Strengthen employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a senior or business-partner role. - Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. - Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Candidates with UAE recruitment experience will be preferred. Compensation Competitive monthly salary of AED 15,000 , subject to the candidate's experience and suitability.
