Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 10,000–18,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in real estate recruitment to lead and develop our talent acquisition function.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting for real estate companies and a strong understanding of the UAE real estate talent market, particularly for sales, leasing, property management, development, and corporate positions.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

Candidates MUST have previous real estate industry recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, with a strong focus on real estate roles.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Source, attract, interview, and select high-quality candidates.
• Build strong talent pipelines for real estate sales, leasing, property management, and corporate positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with senior management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals in the UAE.
• Strengthen employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience.
• Lead and mentor recruitment team members where applicable.
• Stay informed about UAE recruitment trends and the real estate talent market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment within the real estate industry is mandatory.
• Senior-level recruitment or Talent Acquisition management experience.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate recruitment market.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit high-performing real estate professionals.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
