Qualifications and Skills - 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably at Recruitment firms, IT consulting. - Strong sourcing and logical talent mapping skills. - Be comfortable with fast-paced working environments - Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels. - Strong skills in verbal and written communication for both English and Vietnamese Benefits: - Work from home, Monday- Friday - Competitive Salary range + performance bonus - Salary review yearly Originally posted on Himalayas
