Senior Sustainability Consultant

About the role You’ll lead Estidama and LEED certification projects for residential, commercial and industrial developments across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Estidama (PBRS, PVRS, PCRS) and LEED certification from start to finish
• Review designs, materials and submission documents
• Run site inspections, audits and progress meetings, and write monthly reports
• Lead energy modelling, thermal comfort and building envelope analysis
• Advise clients on sustainable design, energy efficiency and ESG
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors and the DMT
• Mentor and review the work of junior consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s in Sustainability preferred)
• 6+ years in sustainability or green building consulting
• UAE experience (required); Abu Dhabi preferred
• Estidama PQP (required) , LEED AP BD+C
• Skilled in IES VE, DesignBuilder, Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent English
• Arabic is a plus
• ESG auditor or ESG certification is an advantage
