# Senior structural draftman **Al yazeem general contracting and maintenance Establishment** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Senior Structural Draftsman We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Draftsman to join our team and support structural engineering and construction activities on major building projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed structural shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings . Prepare reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, and other structural elements. Review IFC drawings, specifications, schedules, and structural details before preparing shop drawings. Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines. Incorporate consultant/PMC comments and maintain proper drawing revisions. Prepare drawings based on site redlines and actual site conditions for as-built documentation. Identify drawing discrepancies, missing information, and coordination issues and report them to the structural engineer. Coordinate closely with structural engineers, site engineers, BIM teams, and project management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of structural drafting experience . Strong practical experience in structural shop drawings and detailing . Excellent AutoCAD skills. Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and structural steel construction. Ability to read and understand IFC drawings, structural plans, sections, details, and schedules. Experience with consultant/PMC submissions and technical comments. Knowledge of construction methods and site requirements. Revit Structure/BIM experience is an advantage. UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
