What Were Looking For - Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field. - 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in high-performance or distributed systems. - Deep understanding of scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and maintainable system design. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). - High sense of ownership, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. - Hands-on experience with WebSocket-based systems and GraphQL. - Solid proficiency in Linux environments. - Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices. - Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Redis, SQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Bonus: Understanding of crypto market microstructure or prior experience in algorithmic/quantitative trading systems.
