Senior Staff Accountants- US Accounts (Hybrid WFH)
Global Virtuoso, Inc. is seeking experienced Senior Staff Accountant manages the company’s accounts receivable functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and assisting customers with billing inquiries. The role also supports Accounts Payable (AP) invoicing, including reviewing and processing invoices, preparing bank payments, and processing AP payments through online banking platforms. Responsibilities also include performing bank reconciliations, reconciling accounts with the general ledger, preparing aging reports, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software, with a background in finance or accounting. Education & Work Background Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting Technology or related field Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience handling high-volume accounting transactions in a shared service, property management, tourism and hospitality, or finance outsourcing setup for a US account Previous work experience in ERP systems Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external customers, all management levels, team members and co-workers Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.) Willing to work in night shift and amenable to work on holidays and rendering overtime if needed.
