Senior Spa Therapist & Trainer

Luban Spa is looking for an experienced Senior Spa Therapist & Trainer who is passionate about massage, wellness, beauty treatments and creating an exceptional spa experience.

We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent therapist, but also a natural leader who can guide, train and inspire our team while leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality massage and spa treatments to Luban Spa standards.
• Lead by example in treatment quality, professionalism, guest care and spa etiquette.
• Train, coach and onboard new and existing therapists.
• Conduct practical training in massage techniques, treatment protocols, client consultation and service standards.
• Help create and improve treatment protocols, sequences and training programmes.
• Monitor treatment quality and provide constructive feedback to therapists.
• Support the team in improving client retention, rebooking, upgrades and retail recommendations.
• Teach therapists how to confidently recommend suitable treatments and upgrades without creating a pressured sales experience.
• Monitor therapists’ progress and support them in reaching their weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Motivate the team and help create a positive, professional and high-performing work environment.
• Support management with treatment development, room setups, treatment presentation and creating the overall spa atmosphere and experience.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and therapist presentation consistently meet Luban Spa standards.
• Identify areas where therapists require additional coaching and organise refresher training where needed.
• Support management in maintaining SOPs and continuously improving the guest journey.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong professional experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, Head Therapist, Spa Trainer or similar role .
• Excellent massage skills with a genuine passion for bodywork and wellness.
• Recognised qualification or certification in massage therapy and anatomy .
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics and safe massage practices.
• Experience training or mentoring therapists is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in facial treatments is an advantage.
• Confident communicator with good leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to give constructive feedback while maintaining a supportive team environment.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of spa sales, upgrades, rebooking and client retention.
• Passionate about continuous learning and developing both yourself and the team.
• Professional, reliable, proactive and able to lead by example.

Luban Spa is a boutique ladies-only spa in Jumeirah, Dubai, inspired by the traditions and wellness rituals of Oman and the heritage of Hojari frankincense .

We believe that an exceptional spa experience comes from more than the treatment itself — it comes from the therapist, the atmosphere, attention to detail and genuine care given to every guest.

We are looking for someone who shares this philosophy and wants to play an important role in developing our therapists and strengthening the Luban Spa experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
