Senior Solutions Consultant

Role Description The Senior Solutions Consultant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how 25 Project Technology’s platforms and solutions can address their needs. The Senior Solutions Consultant will lead presales activities, including requirements discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and preparation of proposals and presentations. They will collaborate closely with sales, product, and project teams to ensure solution alignment, support pilot implementations, and provide strategic consulting on digitalization, AI, and sustainability initiatives. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking opportunities, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and offering feedback to improve products and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer requirements, assess business processes, and translate findings into actionable solution designs.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to lead discovery sessions, craft tailored solution proposals, and deliver effective product demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to support opportunity development, contribute to pitches and negotiations, and help drive solution adoption and customer success.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate solution implementation activities, manage timelines and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
• Experience working with technology solutions in areas such as AI, digital platforms, or sustainability tools is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or presales role, ideally within B2B technology or innovation-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
