You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that improve service management, operational efficiency, and user experience. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, and Service Catalog . - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and integrations. - Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server . - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements and fixes. - Support system upgrades, deployments, testing activities, and production releases. - Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business and operational needs. - Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance requirements. - Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers and administrators. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field . - 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow solutions. - Strong experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Service Catalog, and Service Portal . - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM . - Knowledge of API integrations, system design, and application support. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
