Qualifications & Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT or Engineering field - 5 years of experience working in software development in an IT organization; - 4 years of development experience using PL/SQL and shell scripting or API and UI development using Java; - 3 years of experience delivering software supporting merchandising or supply chain related applications and with a relational database, such as Oracle, MSSQL, and Postgres; - 1 year of experience with No-SQL databases, such as Cassandra or Mongo DB; - Experience with a higher-level language, such as C#, Java, or Python; - A thorough understanding of Cloud and distributed systems challenges; - Experience working with stateful and/or stateless containers and orchestration via Kubernetes; - Experience with distributed messaging systems, such as Kafka; and - Strong analytical skills with experience gathering requirements and designing new functionality. - May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the U.S. Travel to Goodlettsville, Tennessee is not required.
