The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional software development experience , solid knowledge of modern software development methodologies and programming languages, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable and effective technical solutions. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong coding capabilities. Candidates should be comfortable working through technical problems, developing software solutions, and completing a live coding assessment as part of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and solutions. Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following established development standards. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, and business processes. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions to software and application problems. Collaborate with other developers, QA teams, business users, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Apply current software development methodologies, programming practices, and tools to assigned projects. Review existing code and identify opportunities for optimization, enhancement, and improvement. Ensure developed solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations. Stay updated on relevant programming languages, development practices, frameworks, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering , or a related field. Candidates with other relevant degree backgrounds may also be considered based on applicable technical experience. At least 2 years of professional experience in software development . Strong hands-on programming and coding experience. Good knowledge of current software development methodologies and programming languages. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good understanding of business procedures, processes, and workflows. Good communication and collaboration skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering effective solutions. Good command of English , both verbal and written. Willingness and ability to successfully complete a live coding assessment . Technical Skills The successful candidate should demonstrate: Strong programming and coding fundamentals. Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software applications. Understanding of software development lifecycle and development methodologies. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently. Familiarity with modern development tools, frameworks, and practices. Strong understanding of clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
