You will contribute to the development, enhancement, testing, deployment, and support of software applications used by financial institutions. We are looking for someone with strong programming fundamentals, experience in backend and frontend development, and the ability to solve technical problems independently. You should be comfortable collaborating with technical leads and architects, learning new technologies, and contributing ideas to improve our solutions. Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage, but it is not required. We value technical capability, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. The role also involves preparing and delivering product presentations and live system demonstrations to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business and application requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications across the full technology stack. - Write clean, maintainable, secure, and reliable code following established development standards. - Develop and integrate REST APIs and work with relational databases. - Collaborate with technical leads and architects to implement application designs and technical solutions. - Contribute to improving application performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and overall quality. - Develop unit and integration tests and participate in system and integration testing. - Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. - Provide application support and assist in resolving production incidents. - Participate in code reviews and help improve team development practices. - Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum development environment. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI-assisted and agentic development tools, to improve productivity and software quality. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, issues, and potential risks. - Prepare presentation materials, configure and customize mock-up screens, and set up live system demonstration environments. - Deliver engaging product presentations and system demonstrations tailored to different client stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements - 4–5 years of relevant software development experience. - Strong programming fundamentals and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with .NET 8 or later and C#. - Experience with modern frontend development, particularly Angular. - Familiarity with React Native or native iOS and Android development. - Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL. - Good understanding of REST APIs and application integration. - Experience in software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. - Familiarity with software development best practices, source control, and CI/CD processes. - Ability to learn new technologies quickly, particularly AI-based development tools. - Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct product presentations and live system demonstrations. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical leads, architects, and other team members. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
