Senior Software Developer
The Senior Software Developer designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains software applications while providing technical leadership within an assigned domain. The role delivers scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, contributes to architecture and design, mentors developers, and effectively leverages AI-assisted development tools while maintaining ownership of technical decisions and software quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of professional software development experience Advanced experience with C#, .NET, React, Git, and Agile development Strong knowledge of OOP, software architecture, design patterns, secure coding, and SDLC practices Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, REST APIs, relational databases, SQL, and performance optimization Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and containerized applications Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and make sound independent engineering decisions Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, legacy modernization, or large-scale migrations is a plus Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-quality software Own technical implementation of features and enhancements Translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions Contribute to architecture, technical design, code reviews, and documentation Leverage AI tools for development, testing, analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting Validate AI-generated solutions for quality, security, performance, and maintainability Troubleshoot defects and optimize application performance and data access Mentor developers and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and business teams Continuously improve engineering practices, development processes, and software quality Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
