Build monthly content plans that connect brand priorities, product launches, campaigns, retail moments, cultural opportunities, and commercial objectives. · Adapt by market. Create a clear UAE and Saudi approach rather than duplicating the same calendar. Protect the core brand idea while adjusting language, humor, talent, formats, and cultural references. · Prioritise deliberately. Decide which ideas deserve hero production, agile in-house content, creator amplification, or paid support, based on the role each asset must play. Multi-brand structure and consistency · Build the operating model. Design a clear structure for how the team manages several brands, including roles, ownership, capacity, calendars, approval routes, production resources, and agency support. · Balance consistency and distinction. Create common planning and quality-control standards across the portfolio while protecting each brand's audience, positioning, tone, visual identity, and content behavior. · Plan portfolio capacity. Maintain a forward view of launches, campaigns, always-on content, creator activity, and production demand so that priorities and resources are agreed upon before deadlines become urgent. · Understand before creating. Develop a deep working knowledge of each brand's commercial goals, products, audience, competitors, strengths, and non-negotiables before setting its social direction. Monitor platform changes, audience conversations, competitor activity, and relevant UAE and Saudi cultural signals, then convert them into clear actions for the team. · Manage publishing quality. Oversee calendars, captions, tagging, localization, approvals, posting, and quality control across all active channels. · Strengthen community management. Set response standards, escalation routes, and brand-appropriate community behaviors. Identify recurring questions or sentiment that should influence content or business decisions. Creators, UGC, and brand collaborations · Build creator strategy. Define the role of creators across awareness, credibility, product education, conversion, and content production for both markets. · Maintain an always-on pipeline. Ensure every priority brand has a sufficient and consistent flow of relevant influencers, UGC creators, and reusable creator content rather than relying only on occasional campaign bursts. · Select for fit and impact. Assess creators using audience relevance, content quality, brand safety, cost, past performance, and expected deliverables rather than follower count alone. · Improve the work. Brief creators clearly review concepts, protect natural delivery, and ensure every collaboration produces useful content and measurable value. · Manage partners. Lead influencer agencies and direct creator relationships, including campaign plans, deliverables, timelines, approvals, usage rights, and performance reviews. · Create brand collaborations. Proactively identify and develop relevant partnerships with complementary brands, platforms, communities, events, and cultural properties that can extend reach and create genuine audience interest. Paid social creative and growth · Own the creative testing agenda. Work with the performance team or media agency to develop hooks, messages, formats, and variants for structured testing. · Use paid learning to improve content. Review creative-level results and convert them into specific decisions about openings, duration, claims, product framing, talent, and calls to action. · Connect attention to action. Develop content that supports awareness, consideration, retail demand, and e-commerce conversion while remaining credible to the platform audience. Team and agency leadership · Structure and lead the team. Define the roles and reporting lines needed to manage the portfolio, then set priorities, allocate work, coach performance, and create clear ownership across social media executives, content creators, and supporting design or production resources. · Create an effective operating rhythm. Run weekly planning, content reviews, approval tracking, and post-campaign learning so that deadlines, dependencies, and responsibilities remain visible across every brand. · Improve briefs and feedback. Give specific, actionable direction that explains the audience, objective, intended response, and reason for each change. · Manage external partners. Hold agencies, freelancers, production teams, and creators accountable for quality, timeliness, budget, and agreed results. · Work cross-functionally. Partner with brand, performance marketing, e-commerce, retail, sales, operations, and customer service teams to align social activity with launches and business priorities. · Remove friction for the team. Build practical templates, briefing systems, shared calendars, asset libraries, and approval routes that reduce repeated work and make it easier for everyone to deliver well. · Communicate ahead of the deadline. Share priorities, decisions, progress, and risks proactively. Surface blockers early, follow through on commitments, and reset timelines before delays affect another team. Measurement and accountability · Define useful measurement. Set channel and campaign KPIs that reflect the objective, including qualified reach, watch time, completion, saves, shares, engagement quality, traffic, conversion, and creator efficiency. · Report with judgement. Build concise monthly reporting that explains what happened, why it matters, and what will change next. Avoid reporting vanity metrics without context. · Use evidence to improve.
