Senior / Site Supervisor C&S & Architectural
Job Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and site operations. Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and work progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Supervise high-rise structural, architectural, and finishing works. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to resolve site issues. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of workmanship. Monitor material deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and used. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress documentation. Attend site meetings and assist in work planning, coordination, and scheduling. Report any site issues, delays, defects, or non-compliance to the Project Manager / Construction Manager. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in high-rise construction. Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and safety requirements. Good communication and supervisory skills. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and site teams.
