About the Role Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their Auckland team, supporting the delivery of major water and civil infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, including daily diaries, QA records, ITPs, RFIs, RFVs, and progress reports, while supporting the safe and efficient delivery of works on site. The successful candidate will have experience across water infrastructure projects involving pipelines, civil structures, heavy civil works, sheet piling, and dewatering. You will possess a solid understanding of construction methodologies, strong planning skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Maintain project documentation, QA records, and reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources. Plan and schedule work to meet programme targets. Monitor costs, productivity, and project performance. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering challenges.
