We’re looking for an experienced Shopify CRO Specialist & Developer to improve our website’s conversion performance while elevating its overall design and premium customer experience. IMPORTANT: This is a CRO-first role. If you are purely a Shopify developer or designer without proven conversion optimisation experience, please do not apply. You’ll work alongside our existing media buyer and creative team to turn more website traffic into paying customers. Key Responsibilities - Conversion Rate Optimisation: Analyse customer behaviour, identify conversion barriers and implement measurable improvements. - Shopify Development: Personally execute website improvements using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Premium Website Redesign: Elevate our website’s visual identity, layout and user experience to reflect a high-end wellness brand. - Mobile-First Optimisation: Improve product pages, navigation, CTAs and the mobile purchasing journey. - Customer Behaviour Analysis: Use Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, GA4 and Shopify Analytics to analyse session recordings, heatmaps and funnel drop-offs. - Product Page Optimisation: Improve messaging, product comparisons, trust signals, financing visibility and purchasing decisions. - Testing & Performance: Run structured CRO experiments, improve website speed and track conversion rate, revenue per visitor and checkout performance. - Paid Traffic Optimisation: Collaborate with our media buyer and creative team to improve landing-page performance for Meta and Google Ads. Requirements - Proven track record improving Shopify conversion rates, supported by real case studies and measurable results. - Strong Shopify development skills with the ability to implement changes independently. - Experience with premium e-commerce brands, ideally in wellness, health, fitness or luxury products. - Deep understanding of high-ticket customer psychology and premium purchasing journeys. - Strong mobile UX/UI design skills and an eye for premium aesthetics. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar, GA4 and CRO testing. - Commercially focused, proactive and accountable for results.
