Senior SAP Logistics Consultant

The Opportunity

We're growing our SAP S/4HANA practice and need a senior logistics consultant who's equally strong across OTC and P2P and has delivered SAP S/4HANA implementations, Rollouts and post go-live support. You'll lead fit-to-standard design and delivery for clients across a range of industries, and stay close to the process after go-live. This is an onsite role based in Singapore with regional travel based on project need.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End OTC & P2P Design: Lead fit-to-standard workshops and configure Sales, pricing, aATP, Billing, Credit Management, Output Management, Sourcing & Procurement and Supplier Invoice (GR/IR) on S/4HANA.
• Warehouse & HUM Integration: Integrate OTC and P2P with WM / Embedded EWM and Handling Units (HUM) across inbound, picking, packing and goods issue/receipt.
• Build & Cutover: Write functional specs for RICEFW, favouring in-app (key user) and side-by-side BTP extensibility to keep the core clean; run SIT/UAT and Migration Cockpit loads through cutover and hypercare.
• Support & Optimisation: Handle L2/L3 incidents and change requests, fix root causes, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Core Skills: 8+ years in SAP consulting with strong, hands-on OTC (SD) and P2P (MM) on S/4HANA as joint primary skills.
• Delivery Experience: At least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or rollouts, plus production support experience.
• HUM Experience: Prior hands-on Handling Unit Management across deliveries, inbound and outbound processes.
• WM Knowledge: Working knowledge of classic WM and Embedded EWM, with decentralised EWM a plus.
• S/4HANA Know-How: Fluent in SAP Activate, Fiori launchpad and apps, Business Partner (CVI), Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Migration Cockpit.

Highly Desirable

• Regional Compliance: Exposure to ASEAN e-invoicing and tax compliance, e.g. SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, Singapore InvoiceNow (Peppol), Malaysia e-Invoice, Indonesia e-Faktur.
• AI on SAP: Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions on SAP landscapes, such as SAP Business AI, Joule, and BTP AI Core / Generative AI Hub use cases in OTC or P2P.
• Modern Landscape: RISE or GROW with SAP, Cloud ALM, or SAP certification in S/4HANA Sales / Sourcing & Procurement.
