Generate new business through market visits, lead generation, and client meetings. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other key customers. Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales. Handle dealer/channel sales and ensure regular business from existing customers. Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements. Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and daily/weekly activity updates. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding amounts. Lead and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in plywood, laminates, MDF, furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industries . Strong experience in dealer/channel sales and new customer acquisition . Good knowledge of the Salem market and surrounding areas. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred Pay: ₹20,050.34 - ₹75,200.95 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
