Ltd. Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Position: Tele Sales Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote RAM, SSD and related products . Generate new business opportunities through calling and follow-ups. Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers to customers. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Maintain accurate customer and calling data in CRM / Excel . Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, orders and customer requirements. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide regular sales and calling updates to the reporting manager. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales / Calling . Good communication skills in English and Hindi . Confident and professional telephone communication. Target-oriented and proactive approach. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM . Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively. Experience in IT Hardware, RAM, SSD, Computer Accessories or related products will be an advantage.
