You will manage principals, win tenders, lock in specifications with consultants, and see projects through to handover and payment. - Find new leads and tenders (RFQ, RFP, ITT) across Oil & Gas, healthcare, and building automation - Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids with BOQ, estimation, and technical clarifications - Secure spec-in with consultants and get products onto the AVL - Sell petrol station solutions : fuel dispensers, ATG, POS, RFID / cashless payment, generator fuel systems - Sell medical systems : autoclaves, incinerators, and hospital equipment - Sell security and ELV : access control, CCTV, BMS - Design integrated systems and read P&IDs, SLDs , and architectural drawings - Work with international principals and OEMs on competitor pricing, market trends, and technical gaps - Lead client demos, FAT, SAT , and pre-qualification meetings - Coordinate with the Projects & Services team on installation, commissioning, and handover - Work with Accounts Receivable to clear invoices, payments, and retention - Mentor Junior Sales Engineers and the Estimation Team Desired candidate profile Technical Skills - Reading P&IDs, SLDs , and architectural layouts - System integration (SCADA, PLC, BACnet, Modbus) - Preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQ, and cost estimates - Knowledge of ISO, IEC, NFPA, ATEX, and HSE standards Sales Skills - Locking in specifications with consultants (spec-in) during design - Lead generation and pipeline management - Negotiating within approved margins - Managing international principals and OEMs - Market and competitor analysis Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have experience in any other GCC companies. * With which Q-Companies Do you have sales experience ? - Do you have experience in selling mechanical product?
