The ideal candidate should have strong UAE B2B/outdoor sales experience , with exposure to AC Duct Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Kitchen Hood/Exhaust Cleaning, Pest Control, or Facilities Management services . This is a hands-on role responsible for developing new business and managing opportunities from lead generation through to closure . Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outdoor sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits. Build and maintain relationships with commercial and corporate clients across Dubai. Promote Ensure's AC Duct Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Kitchen Hood & Exhaust Cleaning, Pest Control, Facilities Management, Food Safety Training & Consultancy , and related services. Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and identify opportunities. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and internal coordination through to closure . Coordinate with internal teams for site assessments, service requirements, and quotations. Develop existing accounts through repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports. Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE sales/business development experience preferred. Prior sales experience in AC Duct Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Kitchen Hood/Exhaust Cleaning, Pest Control, Facilities Management, or similar services is strongly preferred. Experience dealing with facility management companies, property management companies, hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, contractors, and corporate clients is an advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Own vehicle will be an added advantage. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
