Currently we are hiring a Senior Infrastruturre Engineer with relevant experience and will be responsible for leading the technical design, delivery, and oversight of road, highway, and broader infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local authorities’ standards and international best practices. Core Responsibilities 1. Technical Design & Development Prepare and lead detailed designs for roads, highways, junctions, interchanges, access roads, and related infrastructure. Develop alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and construction details in line with UAE authority standards and international guidelines. Ensure designs meet local manuals, specifications, and regulatory requirements. 2. Multidisciplinary Coordination Collaborate with utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, lighting, landscaping, and public realm teams. Resolve design clashes and integrate road designs into broader land development packages. 3. Project Delivery & Technical Support Produce and review calculations, drawings, technical reports, and submission packages for authorities. Support project managers in meeting programme milestones, quality objectives, and deliverable schedules. Respond to authority review comments and facilitate approvals. 4. Client & Authority Interface Participate in technical meetings, workshops, and design reviews with clients and UAE authorities. Provide technical advice during decision-making and project discussions. 5. Quality Assurance & Mentoring Maintain technical quality and compliance with internal QA/QC procedures. Guide and mentor junior engineers and graduates. 6. Strategic & Management Duties Advise on strategic objectives, KPIs, and design priorities for major projects. Guide consultant selection for strategic tenders and contribute to budget planning. Conduct benchmarking studies to incorporate global best practices. Typical Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 7–9+ years’ experience in roads/highways design. Proven UAE infrastructure project delivery experience. Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX, OpenRoads, or similar. Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards, approval processes, and design requirements. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Work Location: In person
