Oversee feasibility studies, system design, energy yield analysis, and technical proposals for tenders. Develop cost-effective technical solutions considering site and local environmental conditions. Review engineering designs, equipment specifications, and technical documents. Provide technical leadership during procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. Evaluate equipment, suppliers, and EPC contractors based on technical and quality requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with applicable DOE, ERC, NGCP, and other regulatory and grid requirements. Lead technical teams and manage project-related technical risks and issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in renewable energy or power projects, with exposure to large-scale solar, wind, or BESS. Strong knowledge of PV system design, energy yield analysis, engineering, and construction. Experience in technical tender/proposal preparation and equipment/supplier evaluation. Knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and grid interconnection requirements is an advantage. Strong leadership, project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel and conduct project/site visits as required. Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
