Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Participate in interviews and make final hiring recommendations. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Optimize job postings and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across various platforms. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and career fairs. Support internal recruitment and succession planning initiatives. Provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, and company culture. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate records and hiring activities. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide hiring insights to management and HR teams. Develop strategies to improve employee retention and talent development. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
