Senior/Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer management and placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Conduct business development activities including cold calling, prospecting and client meetings Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts Manage and grow assigned client accounts independently Work towards individual sales and placement targets Maintain accurate candidate and client records Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience Experience in full-cycle recruitment Comfortable with business development and cold calling Able to develop and manage client accounts independently Existing client relationships or industry network will be an advantage Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales-driven and able to work independently To Apply: Interested candidates who wish to apply for this position are invited to click "Apply Now" and indicate "ATTN: JOSL" in their application.
