Senior Recruitment Associate
The Senior Recruitment Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, handling key client accounts, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and providing guidance and support to Recruitment Associates. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, client coordination, and recruitment planning skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and initial screening to endorsement, hiring, and deployment. Handle and monitor multiple client manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Coordinate closely with clients regarding Manpower Requests (MRF), job qualifications, hiring timelines, interview schedules, and deployment requirements . Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, PESO/LRA, job fairs, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial interviews and applicant assessments to determine qualifications and suitability for available positions. Endorse qualified applicants to clients and coordinate interviews, trade tests, assessments, and final interviews . Monitor candidates’ pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, background checks, and other hiring documents . Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, applicant databases, sourcing reports, and hiring status reports . Follow up regularly with clients and candidates to ensure smooth and timely recruitment and deployment. Identify recruitment challenges and recommend appropriate solutions to improve time-to-fill and hiring efficiency . Assist in manpower planning, recruitment forecasting, and sourcing activities for high-volume hiring requirements. Guide and support Recruitment Associates and junior recruitment staff in sourcing, screening, and recruitment procedures. Monitor team recruitment performance and provide coaching when necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, applicants, PESO/LRA offices, referral sources, and recruitment partners . Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, client requirements, and applicable labor and employment regulations. Prepare regular recruitment reports and present updates, concerns, and recommendations to management. Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field . At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in staffing, manpower services, or agency recruitment. With experience handling multiple accounts and high-volume recruitment is an advantage. Strong background in end-to-end recruitment and applicant sourcing . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client coordination skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Able to prioritize multiple urgent manpower requirements and work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , particularly Excel/Google Sheets. Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. Willing to conduct field recruitment activities, job fairs, PESO/LRA coordination, and client/site visits when required.
