Senior Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Experience: 4–8 Years Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office 12.30 to 9PM IST Job Description We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment . The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and ensuring successful closures. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and internal databases . Conduct cold calling and headhunting to identify active and passive candidates. Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, notice period and compensation. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process. Handle salary negotiation, offer management and joining follow-ups. Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Requirements 4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience . Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring . Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn . Strong sourcing, Boolean search and headhunting skills. Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach . Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a target-oriented recruitment environment . Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills. Preferred: Candidates who have experience handling technical/niche IT hiring along with Sales, Operations, BFSI/Insurance or other Non-IT requirements will be preferred. Pay: ₹13,266.70 - ₹49,608.64 per month Work Location: In person
