The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and enterprise application development . The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js . Build reusable and maintainable UI components and frontend architecture. Develop complex user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement state management using technologies such as Redux or equivalent frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, architects, and backend engineers. Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality frontend solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Write unit and integration tests and support automated testing practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Contribute to technical design discussions and frontend architecture decisions. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance when required. Required Qualifications 12+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern React development. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript . Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development . Extensive experience developing enterprise-level web applications. Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and reusable components . Experience with Redux or similar state-management solutions . Strong experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs . Experience with Git and modern source-control practices. Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools . Strong understanding of browser compatibility, frontend performance, and web application security. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment . Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript in large-scale applications. Experience with modern frontend build tools and development workflows. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and distributed development teams. Experience with cloud-based development environments. Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus. Candidate Requirements 12+ years of professional experience is required. W2 ONLY. No C2C, Corp-to-Corp, or 1099. Candidates must be local to Malvern, PA or nearby states . Candidates must be able to commute to Malvern, PA as required by the project. All visa statuses are welcome , provided the candidate has valid U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Compensation: $50–$55/HR on W2 , based on experience and qualifications.
