Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. - Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow. - Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts. - Review subcontractor quotations, payments, and variations. - Handle contractual claims, variations, and change orders. - Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns. - Coordinate with project managers, planning teams, consultants, and subcontractors. - Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - AT LEAST 8-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. - Experience in contract administration, cost control, variations, and claims. - Experience working with main contractors is preferred. - Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurement, payment certificates, and final accounts. - UAE project experience is an advantage. - Willingness to work at the Barakah project site.
