# Senior Quantity Surveyor **Modern Steel House Contracting LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: Location: Dubai Investment Park 1 (DIP 1), Dubai, UAE Job Description: Modern Steel House Contracting LLC (MSHC) is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in warehouse and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) construction projects to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for warehouse/PEB and commercial building projects Measure and value work completed on site for interim payment certificates Prepare and manage variations, claims, and final accounts Review subcontractor and supplier quotations, and negotiate rates Monitor project costs against budget and report on cost variances Prepare and submit RFIs, payment applications, and procurement schedules Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to resolve commercial/contractual matters Assist in the preparation of tender submissions (including RFI responses for active tenders) Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and subcontractor costs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 05 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor Proven experience in warehouse construction / PEB / steel structure projects Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQ preparation, and cost control Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar) Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills UAE driving license preferred How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their CV-+971542795179/ admin@msh-cont.com Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
