# Senior Quantity Surveyor **GIT LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Opening: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: United Arab Emirates Industry: Swimming Pools & Landscaping Experience Required: Minimum 5 years UAE experience in the same field Key Responsibilities Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for swimming pool & landscaping works Manage cost control throughout project lifecycle Handle variations, claims, and final accounts Prepare and certify interim payment applications Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients Ensure compliance with UAE standards, contracts, and specifications Monitor project cash flow and cost forecasts Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years UAE experience in swimming pool & landscaping projects Strong knowledge of: Swimming pool construction (RCC, waterproofing, MEP coordination) Landscaping works (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, water features) Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost control tools Strong negotiation and reporting skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
