Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our Interior Design Consultancy and Design & Build projects from pre-contract through construction, final account and project close-out . Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, BQs and project budgets Manage tender documentation, tender evaluation and commercial comparison Handle procurement, supplier/subcontractor sourcing and negotiations Prepare and administer LOAs, Purchase Orders, contracts and commercial documentation Evaluate progress claims, variations, payment certificates and final accounts Monitor project costs, cash flow, profitability and commercial risks Coordinate closely with Designers, Project Managers, Site Teams, contractors, suppliers and clients Conduct site visits for valuation, cost verification and commercial matters Support value engineering and identify opportunities for cost optimisation Mentor and support junior QS/Procurement team members Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline At least 5 years of relevant QS experience within interior fit-out, construction or Design & Build Strong knowledge of costing, BQ, tendering, procurement, contracts, VO and claims Able to independently manage multiple projects and priorities Willing to travel and work outstation based on project requirements Good negotiation, commercial and analytical skills Able to manage projects independently and work closely with site and design teams Strong organisational and communication skills Proficient in relevant QS and Microsoft Office applications Location: Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV, expected salary and availability/notice period for consideration.
