Key Requirements: - 15+ years of experience in QA/QC / Quality Management - Proven experience with large-scale construction / EPC / infrastructure projects - Experience handling multi-million / high-value projects - Must have managed 100+ site personnel / large QA/QC teams - Exposure to multiple construction activities and disciplines - Strong experience in QMS, Project Quality Plans, ITPs, inspections and audits - Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions and quality improvement - Strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams - Experience managing quality across multiple work fronts and subcontractors - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality standards - Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - have you handled 100+ site personnel / large QA/QC teams? - Have you handled multi-million / high-value projects? - Whats your expected Salary and Notice period?
