# Senior Quality Engineering / Agentic AI Lead **Inabia Software & Consulting Inc.** · Charlotte, NC · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role One of our clients is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineering / Agentic AI Lead with 12+ years of QA/QE experience and strong hands-on expertise in modern test automation, data migration testing, AI-driven quality engineering, and enterprise application testing. This is NOT a Test Manager or purely managerial role. Hands-on technical experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate must be able to write and debug automation code, work within existing automation frameworks, design AI-powered testing solutions, and provide technical leadership while working directly with client and engineering stakeholders. The candidate will leverage Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test automation, test generation, defect analysis, impact analysis, and overall quality engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute hands-on to Quality Engineering and test automation initiatives across complex enterprise applications. Design and implement Agentic AI solutions for Quality Engineering , including AI agents that support test case generation, automated testing, defect triage, root-cause analysis, impact analysis, and regression optimization. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor , or similar technologies. Develop and maintain robust, scalable automation using Playwright . Work hands-on with existing automation frameworks, troubleshoot failures, debug code, and enhance framework capabilities. Design and execute data migration testing involving SQL Server and PostgreSQL . Perform source-to-target reconciliation, ETL validation, data quality testing, and schema mapping validation. Develop complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and test analysis. Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across enterprise applications. Test applications built using .NET/.NET Core and Angular , including associated APIs and integrations. Develop and maintain automated tests as part of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines . Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and client leadership. Provide client-facing technical leadership and communicate QE strategy, risks, findings, and recommendations. Mentor other QE engineers while remaining actively involved in hands-on development and troubleshooting. Required Technical Skills Agentic AI / AI-Assisted Quality Engineering Hands-on experience applying Agentic AI to Quality Engineering or Software Testing . Experience using AI agents for test automation, test generation, defect triage, impact analysis, regression optimization, or test analysis. Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor , or similar AI-assisted development tools. Test Automation Deep hands-on experience with Playwright is mandatory. Strong experience designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining automated test frameworks. Ability to write production-quality automation code and troubleshoot complex automation failures. Data Migration & Data Quality Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL . Hands-on experience with data migration testing, ETL validation, source-to-target reconciliation, data quality, and schema mapping. Strong SQL skills. Application & Integration Testing Experience with .NET / .NET Core and Angular applications. Strong experience with API and integration testing . CI/CD Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps . Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines . Preferred Skills AWS: RDS, Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch REST Assured Postman Karate Selenium Datadog Splunk Qualifications 12+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience . Strong hands-on automation and software testing background. Proven experience with Playwright . Hands-on experience with Agentic AI for Quality Engineering . Strong SQL and data validation experience. Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Experience with data migration, ETL, reconciliation, and schema validation. Experience with .NET/.NET Core, Angular, APIs, and integration testing. Strong Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience. Demonstrated client-facing QE technical leadership experience. Ability and willingness to code, debug, troubleshoot, and enhance automation frameworks . Important Role Clarification This is a hands-on technical Quality Engineering leadership position.
