WE ARE HIRING | Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager

Location: UAE | UAE & GCC Experience Required

Elevator Engineering Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality standards across our elevator and escalator projects and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Quality Control: Monitor and ensure quality compliance throughout elevator installation, modernization, testing, and commissioning.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure adherence to EN 81 standards, applicable UAE/GCC regulations, and client specifications.
• Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct quality inspections, internal audits, and project quality assessments.
• NCR & Corrective Actions: Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with engineering, project management, installation, and maintenance service teams to ensure consistent quality delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive quality performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 7–10+ years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Mechanical Engineering degree or related qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 81 standards.
• Proven UAE and GCC elevator industry experience.
• Experience with leading elevator manufacturers or established elevator contractors is preferred.
