Core Responsibilities Manage quality assurance and QMS compliance for products and processes. Review and update quality procedures and work instructions. Handle customer/supplier non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Conduct internal, supplier, and on-site audits covering ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP. Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and aviation requirements. Drive reduction of scrap and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. 4+ years’ experience in Quality Management, ISO 9001 / AS9100, and NADCAP. Proficient in FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and root cause analysis. Able to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of NADCAP processes such as heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shot peening, and chemical processing is an advantage.
