Senior Quality Analyst – Wealth Management Operations
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join a financial services operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investments, or Financial Advisory services who also have experience in quality assurance, quality control, supervision, or subject matter expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring service excellence, supporting complex client requirements, improving operational processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of client servicing activities and operational processes. Support the resolution of complex inquiries and service concerns involving wealth management clients. Serve as a subject matter expert for banking, investment, and wealth management-related processes and procedures. Ensure activities are completed in accordance with internal policies, operational guidelines, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with advisors, relationship managers, and internal teams to address client needs effectively. Handle complex transactions and service requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting required turnaround times. Support time-sensitive financial transactions and ensure proper coordination and documentation. Review operational and quality trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Recommend and participate in initiatives that improve processes, service delivery, productivity, and client experience. Provide coaching, guidance, and knowledge support to team members. Assist in developing training materials and supporting the continuous learning of the team. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, cases, and resolutions using internal systems or CRM platforms. Meet established targets for quality, productivity, compliance, and overall performance. Qualifications At least 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related Financial Services functions . Relevant experience may include: -Relationship Management -Private Banking -Investment Advisory -Financial Planning -Portfolio Management -Investment Consulting -Financial Analysis Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supervisory, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles is required. Strong understanding of financial services operations, products, and client servicing processes. Knowledge of risk management, compliance, audit requirements, and regulatory standards is an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex or sensitive transactions. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
