Senior QA/QC Engineer – Civil | High-Rise Residential Projects | Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join a leading contracting company in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-driven professional with a strong track record in high-rise residential construction to take on a senior role with significant responsibility.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Senior QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil)

8–10 years of UAE experience in QA/QC within the construction industry

Proven experience on high-rise residential building projects (essential)

In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans, method statements, and material submittals

Strong familiarity with UAE construction standards, codes, and authority regulations

Excellent coordination skills to liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams

Immediate availability to join will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System

Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs) and method statements

Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project specifications

Manage material submittals, approvals, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)

Coordinate with consultants and clients on all quality-related matters

Lead and mentor the QA/QC team on site
