Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, and engineering consultancy projects. Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures , project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, and inspection requirements. Experience in reviewing and managing Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, and quality records . Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards. Experience in identifying non-conformities, issuing and following up NCRs , and verifying corrective and preventive actions. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and project quality procedures. Experience in reviewing contractor QA/QC documentation, material submittals, test reports, and inspection records. Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and project stakeholders. Good understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and international standards. Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous UAE experience is highly preferred. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE . Work Location: In person
