The role will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across manufacturing processes, ensuring product compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor QA/QC activities across manufacturing and production processes. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products . Review product specifications, test results, inspection reports, and quality documentation. Ensure products comply with applicable IEC, ASTM, BS/EN, ISO and other international standards . Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, customer complaints, and production defects, and implement effective CAPA . Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for management. Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits. Maintain quality records, inspection plans, procedures, and documentation. Participate in process improvement, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC inspectors and junior quality personnel. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . 8+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably within cable, aluminium, metal, electrical, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments . Strong knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing quality control . Experience with ISO 9001 and quality auditing. Good understanding of IEC, ASTM, BS/EN and other international product standards . Strong knowledge of NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, 8D, SPC and continuous improvement . Experience in inspection, testing, quality documentation, and handling customer quality requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience in aluminium rod, wire, conductor, cable, metal or electrical product manufacturing . Quality-related certification such as CQE, Six Sigma, Lead Auditor or equivalent . Experience dealing with international customers, third-party inspectors, and certification bodies. Pay: BD1,800.000 - BD2,000.000 per month Work Location: In person
