The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development , a solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts , and practical experience delivering production-grade applications in enterprise environments . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using Python . Build, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models . Develop data processing pipelines , perform feature engineering, and optimize model performance. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions. Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices . Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, and retraining strategies for production environments. Develop reliable and scalable AI/ML solutions following software engineering best practices. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application and model-related issues in production. Create and maintain technical documentation , including system designs, model approaches, APIs, and implementation details. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in Python development . Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Python frameworks such as: FastAPI Flask Django Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts. Strong understanding of: Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Model Training and Evaluation Model Validation Feature Engineering Model Optimization Practical experience with ML/AI libraries and frameworks such as: Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) . Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases . Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices . Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines . Understanding of Agile software development methodologies . Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) . Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering . Experience with LLM application development and integration . Knowledge of model fine-tuning and evaluation. Experience with AI/ML deployment and monitoring in cloud or enterprise environments. Familiarity with MLOps practices and production AI systems. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science , or a related field is preferred.
