Key job responsibilities • Partner with business leaders and the HR team to champion organizational and people focused initiatives, spanning talent management, organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development. • Provide impactful coaching to guide business leaders and senior managers. • Leverage data-driven analysis to influence business partners with compelling recommendations. • Partner with local/global HR teams to support business unit needs and contribute to global HR initiatives. • Lead HR projects and key initiatives in collaboration with global and local HR teams. • Continuously enhance communication practices and employee engagement programs. • Analyze, design, and refine people programs, policies and practices to cultivate positive employee relations. We're a diverse, customer-obsessed team of builders who thrive where storytelling meets technology — moving fast, thinking big, and raising the bar on everything we ship. - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent - Experience in project or program management - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience managing teams and building solutions in distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications - Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of related experience including data analysis, change management, team building and leading experience - Experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges, or experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
