Senior Property Consultant – Leasing
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Qatar leasing professional to build and manage a strong portfolio of residential and commercial leasing opportunities. Responsibilities * Source residential and commercial properties for lease. * Establish relationships with landlords and property managers. * Secure quality and preferably exclusive listings. * Generate tenant leads. * Conduct viewings and negotiate lease terms. * Maintain landlord and tenant relationships. * Manage listings and opportunities through the company’s CRM. * Coordinate documentation with Operations. * Build relationships with corporate tenants and relocation clients. * Achieve agreed monthly leasing targets. Candidate Profile * 3–5+ years of Qatar real estate/leasing experience preferred. * Existing landlord relationships strongly preferred. * Proven leasing transaction history. * Strong communication and negotiation ability. * Knowledge of Doha residential and commercial districts. * Applicable Qatar brokerage credentials/licensing strongly preferred.
